PreSchool - Ages 2 1/2 to Entering Kindergarten
News from Noah's Nurseries... Even though the nursery caregivers are trained in first aid and CPR, it has been decided that Noah's Nurseries will become peanut free. We value our littlest parishioners and we genuinely feel it is in their best interest to make our nurseries free of peanuts. If you have any questions, please come see Candis Stoll at the nurseries' counter. Thank you for your support in this important decision.

Sunday School Update! The children will be advancing to their appropriate school grade in Sunday School on September 19 th. Room numbers and teacher information will be coming soon! If you would like to volunteer to teach Sunday School please see the sign up board in the hall leading to the nursery or contact Heather Crawford hcrawford@stmarksmidlo.com
The Children’s Ministry Team is currently seeking volunteers to serve on the committee for the 2011/2012 term which begins in January. This team helps develop the programs for our children and works with the Children’s Ministry Director to help provide the best educational opportunities for the spiritual growth of St. Mark’s youngest members. If you are interested in serving on the Children’s Ministry Team, please let Heather Crawford know so she can talk with you more about the upcoming plans for the children and let you know more specific details about the team. Sunday School Teachers Needed For The Upcoming 2010/2011 School Year! Volunteers will be provided with all needed materials and lesson plans, if desired. Areas needed during both the 9:45 and 11:00 services. 9:45 groups are preschool, Kindergarten/1st, 2nd/3rd and 4th/5th. 11:00 needs preschool Children’s Church volunteers and elementary Kids Club volunteers. For more information, please contact Heather Crawford at hcrawford@stmarksmidlo.com or sign up on the sign up sheet on the bulletin board in the hall leading to the Nursery. Even if you can just do one Sunday a month you will make a huge impact on the life of St. Mark’s youngest parishioners. Please consider this very worthwhile and rewarding opportunity within the Children’s Ministries at St. Mark’s.
