Prayer Shawl Ministry! We sense God’s presence in a number of ways. If you would like to be a part of making that happen for another person, come be a part of the new Prayer Shawl ministry! Learn how to knit shawls for persons who are ill or have other struggles so that in a tangible way, they can know God’s warm presence surrounding them. These shawls will be available for the pastors and Stephen’s Ministers to give to persons in need. Even if you don’t know how to knit, but are interested in learning, you are welcome to join this new outreach ministry.
In addition to Prayer Shawls Karen would like to have white baby blankets to handout when a baby is Baptised. If you want a break from shawls think about a baby blanket.There are patterns available.
